Lisa Breedlove

General Manager

Lisa grew up in Southern Delaware and recently moved back to the area with her family.  She became a part of the Big Fish management team eight years ago. She enjoys being part of a fast paced, ever changing environment that keeps her days exciting.  As an industry veteran, Lisa loves that she is able to continue learning and growing with the company, while still getting a chance to interact with smiling guests every day.

Marcus White

Kitchen Manager

A long time BFRG employee, Marcus brings his creativity and culinary skills to the Summerhouse.  Along with excellent BOH management skills, Marcus also keeps the menu fresh and new while continually providing consistently well prepared food.

Austin Oswinkle

Bar Manager

Austin, better known as “Oz” by the restaurant crew, has been a part of the Big Fish Restaurant Group for 3 years. He started with the company at Crab House Rehoboth as a server, quickly working his way up the ladder to bartender at both Crab House and Summer House Saloon and now manager at the Summer House. Austin has his Bachelors Degree in Sports Management from Queens University of Charlotte and has been an avid lacrosse player and coach most of his life. After playing four years of LAX at Queens, Austin went on to coach at Young Harris college where he proudly led the number two scoring offense in the county. We are so excited to have Oz’s energy and experience coaching our team!
